The Tool Library is run by wonderful volunteers and would not exist without the help people like you! We are currently look for more volunteers to help out. Shifts are currently every Saturday 9:45am-11am and 11am-1pm, and Wednesday, 5:45-8:00pm (and a Tool Doctor/Repair shift every Saturday and Wednesday during open hours). It's very easy to help people check tools in and out, and there will always be another friendly volunteer there to help the time go by. It's a great way to meet your neighbors and maybe learn a little bit about tools too!
Some folks sign up for just 1 shift here and there, others sign up for 1-2 shifts a month. This greatly helps to share the work and keep the tool library open. No knowledge of tools necessary, just a willingness to show up and help!
