Tool Sharpening Workshop - Chisels/Hand Planes

Join Green Lents and local woodworker, Alex Gumpel, for a hands-on tool sharpening workshop. Participants will learn how to sharpen woodworking chisels and hand plane blades using plate glass and sandpaper instead of sharpening stones. Participants are encouraged to bring their own chisels to sharpen, but we can provide some if necessary.

Please note there is no restroom on site. On-street parking is available. Minors should be accompanied by adults. Dress accordingly, we will be working inside the tool library and outside in the courtyard space.

RSVP is required. This is a free workshop, however donations are welcome: Donate here!
